The Warlock Order Hall was definitely neutral. Besides the PC, you had an Orc, Forsaken, Blood Elf, Worgen, Gnome, and Human followers. Add in a couple of Demon followers.
At the start, Risstyn (the Orc) seemed to be the leader and he’s the second follower you gain (after Caladus, the demon). Kanrethad is human and was the previous leader, but he doesn’t show up until later in Legion and becomes a follower under your leadership.
