They should just tie cleaving strikes to remorseless winter and give that 2 charges, it would fix most issues in m+.
Or actually make frostscythe viable, I’d prefer that but cleaving strikes kinda destroys the reason for it existing.
i made a post just recently where i put in some suggestions to help make frost scythe better. to be honest, i think obliterate needs cleaving strikes to hit another 2 targets for right now, but we really should aim to get frostscythe fixed so it can be reverted back to only hitting 1 additional target. my post is called “Frost/DK Rework Ideas” and it’s just down the list a little if you want to read the suggestions, i put a good amount of time into formulating ideas and formatting the post. in short it tries to fix soul reaper and frostscythe’s interaction with the kit being poor, tries to address breath and gives DK some raid utility. each suggestion has it’s own note for why it was included.
