I prefer the outlaw but I do like the assassin as well. Does an assassin actually deal more damage than an outlaw because of his/her poison damage?
If you’re asking for the rogue you’re posting on, then just play whichever you like the most. Your spec is largely irrelevant for leveling.
in my experience assa is better for pvp the wound poison really helps killing healers or ppl being healed
outlaw better for pve has way better cleave potential for aoe
