Do addons with patreon only features violate the addon policy?

They previously had it explicitly in the ToS for WoW that it wasn’t acceptable, but seems to have been removed with the updated 2024 EULA.

The rules are still there. Addons can NOT be locked behind a paywall of any kind. That includes a subscription, donation, Patreon, or anything else.
