After I battled the infamous error #132 on my Ryzen 3600x system for months. I came across your post, with detailed description of your unique situation and trouble shooting steps.
I never thought it could be the CPU, but I borrowed a freinds 3700x for a week and with nothing else changed in the system, or settings, all my troubles were gone.
