Frostscythe with 2 runes would just make BoS aoe even better due to the 2 rune cost. Unless people dont mind Frostscythe being tuned with BoS aoe in mind. Right now its only appealing to non BoS builds due to cost and not appealing to anyone due to lack of damage.
