They just want to be OP. Thats it. Death Siphon at 450% stamina would absolutely come with a CD. And it can critically heal? You are looking at 150-300k heals from an ability which could be spammed from range.
Okay so please explain to me how you want to spam an ability that costs 50 RP.
How do you want to build pressure with Death Coil or Clawing shadows on the enemy if you are forced to spend all RP and globals into Death Siphon?
That’s an proximate value. It could as well be 350% and factoring in versatility it might be also enough. But the actual modifier is something that can be changed via hotfix if needed.
Also you probably never heard of Mortal Strike or Dampening given the fact that you’re the incarnation of an NPC and don’t actually play the game.

EDIT 2: You don’t even seem to know that DKs avoid crit on PvP at any cost. So go imagine how many crit heals you will get with 8% crit chance.
kinda ironic because dk’s are supposed to be anti caster class in-game and in lore. Dk’s were made to combat warlocks in lore but now i feel like i can barley live it i don’t die against them

Ret paladins last longer, heal more, and do more damage than blood DKs in WPVP.

No it’s not. Almost every caster does over 150k in one global during their burst. Boomkin has full moon, half moon, new moon which all can crit for 200k and sometimes even 300k. Shaman can deal 230k with instant spells. Mage can do 250k glacial spikes etc.
Yes I saw what they did and it was 500% unjustified. Instead of fixing WotN combined with spellwarden which was the main driver of that “DK unkillable below 35% HP threshold”, they overnerfed an ability that was mediocre before at best.
Again. DK avoids crit. Baseline crit is 7%. And now go figure out the probability for Death Siphon to crit twice in a row. Here I’ll do it for you because you probably aren’t capable of simple maths.
0,07 x 0,07 = 0,0049.
So the chance for that to happen is 0,5%.
Further you did not even mention dampening, which starts at 30% in 2v2 btw. Oh and of course you are depicting reality when other players deal some damage to you and then wait until you pressed your Death Siphon twice to heal you up again. Totally not pressuring you all the time.
