DK professions?

I feel like professions are a next to useless time sink.

Are there any worth doing for a DK who likes to pvp?

I might do engineering just so I don’t have to by goblin gliders…lol

Barely felt worth it for a general content player like me. Plus side i can make gold now selling ore at half moonguards average auction price. I ran mining and blacksmithing. Theres some usefull stuffs but i dont feel any real edge from it.

I always default to herb/alch when I’m unsure. For PvP, you have a lot of useful options. Health potions are always nice in BGs.

Another good one for PvP has always been engineering, too.

Engineering has always been the go-to for PvP.

Honestly nearly all of the professions are useless time sinks once you get to legion/BfA.

I’ve been miner/weed picker on every character since about mid-Legion, with the exception of my rogue. I kept LW for the first few months and got rid of it. Crafting, except for maybe alchemy and gemming, feels pretty worthless these days. I’d rather just have the money from selling on the AH.

I picked up mining and blacksmithing just to craft myself a phantom blade.

I now have to level up herb/alchemy on another toon just for the two lesser invisibility potions needed for the blade lol.

So I guess professions for transmog is what I decided to do. Not even sure what I would ever spend gold on in the game and unless there is a specific purpose, I am not a fan or farming stuff.

Maybe there will be some worthwhile gear to craft in 8.3

Well, someone finally put two lesser invisibility potions on the AH! So now I have twin phantom blades. I guess professions are just for kicks.

Be an inscriptionist, it’s useless so you don’t waste any time caring about it!

actually doing good with mining cause i got bs all caught up and my mining all maxed out, making a killing on the Moon guard ah cause people keeping trying to spike the prices

use an alt in WoD with garrison for gliders.

I’m alchy/herb on well all my toons. Everyone gathers when out and about and everyone gets 2 hr flasks.

I’m only doing mining and black smithing for the transmogs but if I can get 470 gear out of it even better.
