I mean, all your hyperbole aside, the CS forums are not where updates regarding classes are posted from. Those come out in the General Discussion forums. For example, the recent update posted here:

As far as feedback goes, the CS forums are not a path for feedback. Those who look for class specific feedback do not come to the Support forums for it. They look at the class, race and General forums. They additionally would be monitoring forums like PVP and Dungeon and Raid forums for constructive feedback.

But no, the CS forum would not be the right place for this. Additionally, they do not give refunds due to your displeasure with a specific class or spec.
