I have run all over Acherus in every spec and saw no portals for mine, and the mission table only shows the interface for picking zones.

Same issue here, but with the Frost Artifact. Did this happen while trying to unlock your third artifact weapon?

I have only unlocked the frost artifact, everything was working fine till this point.
