There’s a mage player on Ragnaros named Xaryu and he’s referred to as “Mexican Xaryu” all the time, to differentiate himself from the much more known Xaryu.

sometimes referring to someone by ethnic group, as in this case it is a friendly reference, can be acceptable.

now referring to someone by ethnic group in a personal offense is something that should not happen under any circumstances
