I think this is the best solution. If there was a good way to lookup someoneās m+ history you could tell if they are a bad person to invite.
Currently the best option is to join a guild/community and find some people who are serious about m+ as well. I donāt think Bliz will do anything about m+ punishment, because you have the option to not pug.

A lot more thought would need to go in to that. Is it the first person who leaves? What if someone disconnects? What happens if someone is kicked by the leader? etc.
A better option is to do M+, make some friends, make/join a community or discord, and grab people from there. If you have someone leave your group, and the other people in your group were good, then you have 3 people right there you can group with. Donāt rely on Blizzard to do everything for you.

why is somebody who leaves a bad group ātoxicā exactly? you never really explained that. why is everyone who gets invited to a group obligated to stay now matter how terrible the experience or how long it takes?
