Disturbance Detected: Ulduar - Titan Prison Fragment not spawning

I’m on the Disturbance Detected: Ulduar Quest during WOTLK Timewalking event and I’ve just killed Yogg-Saron and I cannot find the titan prison fragment. I can’t find a video online for reference of where its meant to be but I’ve combed the area it says it is on the map and logged in and out.

Just had the issue where I did not get the Titan Prison Fragment. It was suggested I post here regarding the issue.
