Heck even Tumblr hiccuped for a bit and had a connection timed out.
I’ve had seemingly random DC’s every so often with this expac. Last time was last night as I was skyriding around a rare in Ahj-kahet. Just maneuvering around I caused a DC.
Was quickly able to select “reconnect” and get back in. Was stable from then on.
I have ATT.
I also have Cox and also cannot load X/Twitter as some others in this thread have stated. Another point for Cox being the problem.
Also experiencing disconnects, also using Cox.
I did have one disconnect, but my bnet launcher wasnt even connecting properly. Closed it and reopened, back on wow. Dunno if I will dc.

Cox.com seems to be down also. No issues on Quantum.
I have Cox as well, but I am able to surf the internet fine. It almost seems that it can’t quite connect to the servers? I went to get gas this morning and they couldn’t run my card because the POS couldn’t connect to the card processing servers. Not sure if it’s relevant but makes me wonder.

Cox here in Connecticut down too. I can access some websites like news, but anything else is a big fat nope.

After being on hold for 20 min, finally talked to a human at Cox. They are aware of the problem, seems to mostly be Midwest and South, some sites work fine, others do not. Tech said by 1pm (not sure if EST or CST) they are estimating for fix. Thanks all.

Cox here as well. Looks like its more than just the WoW log in servers. handful of other websites arent working (including cox .com rofl)

Seems to back up and running, for how long who knows. Thank you guys for the assistance on figuring out the issue.
Edit: Looks like I spoke to soon, got all the way to characters before it dcd me again.
