Disconnected every time I sign in after catch-up experience quest

First off - I’m sorry Blizzard but your new support system is bad. Please let me give me back the ability to open a ticket.

I just came back to try the new expansion. I selected the catch-up experience. I got to maybe the 3rd and 4th quest (can’t remember the name). I collected some pumpkins from a field and had some followers that carried them. I was mounted on my drake at the time. I hit space two times to fly. The camera immediately looked up from ground level as my drake took to the sky, I saw the followers look like they were falling. In less than a second i got disconnected. I reconnect and attempt to log in and I see my drake with a big blue sky and I immediately get disconnected again. I have given it 24 hours but I still get disconnected every single time in less than a second.

My char is somehow in a void now and I cannot play. Please help.

Normally if you can’t open a ticket it likely isn’t something support can help with. Or you’re not in the ticket system, just the knowledge base. The button to click is Get help.
