Since yesterday 2/12/24 I keep constantly getting WOW51900319 error. I have done all the steps I’ve seen on other posts, but nothing has fixed it at all. The issue only occurs when I’m logged into the game.

Encounter frequent Disconnects… book mark this site and check the site often

Also I would contact your ISP as they could be throttling your connection. This may include resetting your router/modem/gateway too. if you’re on a shared line or wifi, you could be getting interference from other sources.
Please tell us the location you are in game.
What are you doing?
Are you playing wireless?
i am having the same issue. only for WoW. stuff on steam is working
Same issue here! Random disconnects at random intervals.
It doesn’t matter what I do. I can be afk in Val, out doing quests in the open world, or in instances. I am hard wired directly into my FOM. I have been following other threads and it seems to be a battle.net outage/problem. I am being routed through Chicago so it seems like the issue is there.
FOM is a Modem controlled only by you and your ISP?
If so… Contact your ISP and let them know you have a issue with their equipment.
There are ports that need to be opened for you to play wow in the modem. Battle.net opens them.
If you are connected to a shared connection in your building or rented space. Whoever is in control of the modem would be your contact.
Let us know…
A lot of people are having this same issue, there are multiple threads open about it … I’m experiencing this exact issue near the Chicago area. I have no issues with any other service, be it Netflix, Steam, etc.
WoW randomly disconnects me anywhere from instantly to within 5 minutes of playing, whether I have mods loaded or not. Even after fresh install with no configuration changes from the base install it’s disconnecting me randomly.
This started on Tuesday after maintenance, I’ve not been able to play since, but never had any issues prior.
I will add…
I have Windows 10 pro.
We had a restart/update last night into this morning.
So check windows update?
Its not an issue on their end, tech came out yesterday. Also been connected to the same FOM for last 2 years and have had 0 issues until 2 days ago.
Just throwing my name on the list of people having the same issue, disconnects in the menu’s before I even get in game, and then within a minute, two tops from getting in game, disconnected.
Also Chicago area, and connect through a server in that region.
Interestingly, when I turn on my VPN…no more disconnects.
Never had this issue until yesterday when I logged in to check my vault.
Would you run the test using the VPN and without and share the results?
Thanks
https://pastebin.com/MBgtaFY9 NO VPN for this one, was about 8 or 9 disconnects, never could stay connected longer than about a minute, couple in menu’s, the rest all within 60 seconds of logging in, some within seconds.
will repeat with VPN, and edit results into this post.
EDIT: https://pastebin.com/AbKePhrK WITH VPN. 0 Disconnects, went twice as long just for funs.
Also to note, my ISP is Metronet.
For more information sharing my ISP is Metronet, not sure of the others.
as posted in my edit to post above, I also use Metronet for my ISP.
Hey Skyepic, I’m in the chicago area and since yesterday I been having the same issues. I haven’t found anything that works and the customer support is non existent.
Same issue for me. Also using Metronet.
The tests above show the ISP is the cause.
Im in Chicago as well and in the same boat . I also have Metronet but Ive never had issues with them. I can stream anything, play other online games and such. Just wow crashes like you said instant or I played for about 10 minutes then disconnected.
I am also using Metronet… however I don’t understand why this is ONLY… ONLY… happening on a single server (Crusader Strike - US) SoD
