Disclose the posts to the OFFENDER that break the rules

It’s not so much that, but rather they think that they have a right not to be offended. I attended a seminar given by the lawyer who was head of Student Compliance at the college I taught at after I had a potential First Amendment issue come up. She flat out said that most of the complaints about student language use were not actionable because they merely offended someone.

In terms of companies though, it’s because none of them want the PR battle.
