Twins of the Sun Priestess is a nice legendary, but the question is, all else the same, what is the best slot for this? Finger (ring) or noggin (Head)? And why?
It looks like a lot are using the Head slot. Hmm…

I was told never use neck or finger for leggos because they don’t provide main stats (intellect, strength, or agility)
what void said int is by far ur best stat so the easier a 235 of ur best stat with your best secondary’s on it feels good.
Head.
Always try to avoid jewelry slot for leggos unless there’s not a jewelry loot that drops that gives you secondary stats you need (only a handful of leggos where this is the case).
But 9/10 times, you’ll be using an armor slot over jewelry.
