So they are nerfing atonement healing by 5% and increasing mastery by 12%, will this affect pvp?
Seems like a scaling change if anything. Dunno’ the math on it though if it is a nerf or not. Probably just makes mastery more usable for them.

Attonement is just their healing
For PvP their damage should be lower with much higher atone healing, prevents cheese in 2s but also gives mana efficiency for discs that are optimizing damage output, pmuch exactly like legion
