I can click my damage spells using keybinds, which I do a lot to be honest. I can do it both ways and I do. I also have my healing spells like s mend and pw: s set to keybinds as well and actually can rotate through the group like Moadmoad but I find it awkward. I think the vast majority of healers use grid2 plus clique or healbot or whatever.
Grid2+clique is pretty much the same as healbot.
