Disarm trading is boring af

It’s just extremely boring and scripted gameplay where every 45 seconds both melee trade disarms on each other and then sit there doing nothing for 5 seconds. I would happily trade my disarm for a weapon chain or a pvp talent that prevents being disarmed

While we’re at it, we should remove blanket silence effects for similar reasons
