It’s fairly easy to change or disable once you know where to look.
Bring up the system menu (shortcut is Esc) and click Keybindings, then click Action Bar. If you scroll down to the bottom of that last you will see Action Page 1, Action Page 2, etc… Click on the keybinding and then click the Unbind button. Or you can change them to something else.
