The Madness seems more of the “No one can beat me!” or “None can defeat N’Zoth!” or “Only N’Zoth can save Azeroth!”
Even N’Zoth’s K’thir Cultists repeat that sort of statement.
Azshara’s K’thir Cultists in Stormsong Valley on the other hand spout words of genuine madness:

The line about “The cycle continues” and “The seed… takes root…” is awfully suspicious as Seeds have nothing to do with Void nor is there a Cycle as far as I’m aware of…
