Diet soda yay or nay

Coffee is good but don’t over do it i know someone who has coffee growth from to much coffee im not even kidding either its stuff that surfes up on the skin for some reason.Supposely there not dangerous but i would not keep doing that regardless.

If I am go drink soda it be Root Beer. But I drink Water, Apple Juice or Mochas “hot or cold”. Mostly Water.

more like a skin pimple lol surface tumor ext but its not a end of life one but still looks nasty.She does drink and bye a crazy amounts of coffee so im not shocked that happened.

the problem with all diet drinks is that even if they dont have calories or spike your glucose in blood, they will spike your insuline levels wich is really bad for you.

My thoughts on the Cinnamon Coke are similar to Lemon Lime Mountain Dew. It’s close enough to the original flavor that it just feels like normal but with something slightly off. Not really in a good or bad way.

Sparkling Water is definitely something to go for if you want carbonation while being a lot healthier, but it’s not even close to the same. It’s hard not to view it as incredibly bland unless you hard swap and totally give up other stuff to compare it to, then give it some time.

I been drinking coffee with no sugar or creamer since age 8 I am now 37 I am still alive and doing fine no extra growths and for years I had three pots a day.

Now I am down to 1 to 4 cups a day, but still never had the problems you mentioned.

I usually avoid any and all coke, literally gives me heartburn after a few sips of the stuff. If whenever I feel like I want a soda I’ll grab a pepsi, dr. pepper, root beer or some good ol’ Kola Champagne which for whatever reason don’t make me want to rip out my entire digestive tract to get rid of acid reflux.

Diet is gross. I like my fizzy pop with sugar. My go to at the moment is cold pressed apple juice if i want something sweet.

In moderation,they’re not horrible but I’d say reduce your intake and have one now and then as a treat. You can always do water with lemon for a healthy drink or make a hot or iced version of green tea which is rich in antioxidants. If you need the caffiene boost coffee can be good for you given you don’t drink too much of it and if you drink it straight [use honey if you must have it sweet]

Oh i forget to mention one more thing she drinks it like its water and she got the strongest she can get so yeah thats probably why lol!caffine wise that is.

I drink Folgers Black Silk Dark roast, and Death Wish coffee.

Everyone’s tastes and metabolism is different. If you are at a healthy bmi and you prefer the flavor, drink whatever you enjoy. Everything is fine in moderation.

I’ve been drinking coffee with irish cream every single day for the past half year n i’m ok n well. about 3-4 cups/day

This is like asking if light cigarettes are still bad for you. I’ll tell you something, I stopped drinking soda for a month once and lost the most weight I ever have in my life to the point where I was bones.

Kinda trying to find the motivation to do that again but it’s so damn tasty.

Unfortunately that has nothing to do with how your body reacts to sugar. If your body is flailing about with sugar response its not going to show itself by weight gain. Due to a high intake of processed white rice among Asians (relatively new occurrence genetically speaking), along with a higher sugar diet generally, incidence of diabetes is increasing dramatically among the otherwise healthy BMI types. Insulin doesn’t care what people think is healthy or attractive and plays by its own rules. Tipped in either direction it’s going to have its way with you and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it other than cater to its whims.
