I’m on a recurring 6-Month subscription and this mount is not in my collection or mailbox. I have already updated addons and restarted the game twice

6 month subs might not get it right away…from the article…
Players who purchased the 12-Month subscription will automatically receive the Auspicious Arborwyrm and the Cypress pet. Players on an existing 6-Month recurring subscription with a future renewal date will receive these items at no additional charge, no later than January 23, 2024 (must be redeemed by July 31, 2024)

What is weird is I got the mount in both retail and Classic

You have until the 23rd before you can say that anything has gone wrong.
To anyone who hasn’t got their wood dragon mount yet, I had to “Claim it” from the launcher, top right corner had a “Gift” icon to click. Might be there for others. Just letting people know it was there for me.

i have the mount but have not received the pet and am on 12 month sub, i want pet more then mount
Then log into Classic.
along with the twiglike Cypress pet for your Wrath of the Lich King Classic characters.
Pet not available in modern World of Warcraft®.

I still want the pet and I don’t play WotLK classic. That’s some BS.
Every toon I log into retail it keeps saying I have unclaimed items in collections but no pet or mount or gift box appear anywhere. Based on reading this thread I did log into classic. Had 2 pets in gift boxes, one of which was Cypress. No mount. Logged back to retail, same thing. Advisory that something’s there but nothing to be found.

Yup, launcher shows I have a gift in box, click the box nothing there, nothing in game
