forgot to mention that CB ITS SPAMMEABLE you cant oneshot ppl with an “spammeable” spell what the hell are you asking for ? if u proc precognition and u have 4 shards somethings gonna die or atleast gonna burn a couple of defensives, what the hell do u want? cast a single bolt and kill 3 targets? jesus christ i swear to god man if anything the spec needs nerfs, but its so well balanced that im pretty sure its not gonna be touched at all
