patchnotes are incorrect, holyshock was still buffed by 50%
The patch notes for healers all leave out the July 16th updates since they were posted in another thread and the person who compiled the patch notes seems to have only taken them from the main patch notes PTR thread.
With hotfixes to the PTR that are now deployed, today we’ve made the following updates to healers in Curse of Ula’tek.

Restoration
Abundance increases critical chance of Regrowth by 60% (was 50%) and reduces cost by 60% (was 50%).
Regrowth healing increased by 25%.
