They removed the antorus fire sword from the 2nd to last boss and the scyth from argus for the dungeon journal, multiple guildies confirmed this.

Are they taking items out of the game to add to the trading post or just randomly removing items without patch noting it?

I didn’t realize it ever showed in the dungeon journal.

Those items have never shown up in the dungeon journal at all.
