I won the Jastor ring or whatever from Gallywix in the Undermine raid. My queue popped for the next part of the LFR raid I was in, so naturally I took the queue after I rolled and everyone else rolled. The loot wasn’t being dispersed and my timer was running out. I expected at some point during the next raid, or within the next hour for my ring to pop up in my mailbox or my inventory and nothing.
I have contacted your in game support and they can confirm that I did in fact have the high roll. I do NOT own a copy of this ring on any character on my account. It is not in my mailbox. I did in fact roll prior to leaving. I did in fact have the high roll.
I tire of losing out on loot because your system isn’t working correctly. I’d like my ring returned to me please and some assistance on this. Playing this game like a lot of people here off and on since 2004 I rarely report bugs but after this has happened multiple dozen times I’m entirely fed up with this loot system.
