Too bad too sad is Blizzard’s only policy.
GMs quite literally have 0 tools to give items to players and only have copy paste too bad too sad responses for all issues.
I am speaking from a lot of experience with being told too bad too sad to every ticket in the last 5 years.
I give them 0 star reviews with the text box filled with the crazy suggestion of giving their customer service staff the ability to mail items to us when they confirm bugs. They still havn’t given GMs this basic tool.
Most recently was week 1 of season, spent 5 radiant echoes on the new Radiant echo thing in Undermine - Despite scoring 615 points and spending 5 radiant echoes the group all got just 35 key shards (bare minimum for a score of under 100) instead of 300 ish.
Guess what the response was in the ticket?
Too bad too sad. Go report it on forum. We can not mail you 5 radiant echoes, or the missing key shards. So i missed out on 3 delve keys that week in early season where it mattered most.
It was already reported on forum, 18 days prior lol… So i just added to the noise…
