Hi i had reputation for the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards club last week, but this week i suddenly got set back to 0. From the blue post we were all supposed to get set to Renown 9. I had i think renown 1, but i never talked to the NPC in front of the hotel until this reset.

No fix yet. Just submitted a ticket and all they did is say to post here. Bad service is honestly bad.
