Remember that the NEs of today were the lower caste, the ones that the Queen turned upon and allowed the Legion to start to kill off first. I mean, the concept of such a thing exists in WoW but only as a mean of suggesting they went backward in some way, such as the broken. High elves are just…different. Better at arcane manipulation in exchange for regeneratin.
