Why is guild rep even still a thing? All it serves is to be an annoyance for accessing the mobile gbank chest and the guild vendor. Neither of which is some massively OP advantage. Nor does it negatively impact the new guild you just joined or expose a guild to increased risk from new guildies.
Seems kinda stupid to me.
