I hit the 1000 mark for the customizable pet at the trading booth, it gave me the 100 trader tenders, but not the pet and kicked me back to 875 from the 1000, did anyone else experience not getting the pet or is this a normal thing? if so it’s pretty crappy on blizz’s part to not give you the pet after working all week towards the 1000.
No, I got mine just fine. Maybe you miscounted? But I’ve also completed more objectives than I needed to.
Are you looking for the pet in your bag? have you checked the pet ui on the collections button for an unopened package?
I realize you aren’t dim, but I mention it because I have made this mistake before.

Its odd that it would drop your earned marks from 1000 down to 875.
Not sure what would cause this to happen.
Yes, I did finally receive it after I sent in a ticket and they told me to refinish from the drop of a 1000 to 875, once I hit the new 1000 it showed up. Just wasn’t expecting to have to replay another achiev for the travelers’ points.
I had the bug occur with a mount before but its pretty uncommon.
