Some how cannot find it in the transmog list… why?

I’m having the same issues. Not only with the Diadem, but with the wings as well.

Mine just disappeared, i got a new helm and went to mog it and it was no longer available, the wings are missing as well, i thought maybe blizz had Repo’d it, so i checked to verify my credit card payment went through, i still have the mount and the cute lil’ Alexstraza Murc, but the mog stuff is gone, anyone run across this today?
My Helm that i upgrades still has the appearance which is weird, and my Toon i Boosted is still playable, just the mog stuff seems to be Repo’d
