I pre ordered the Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred expansion on Xbox and I still haven’t got my housing decor items the rug, chest, and chess set. I looked on all my characters bags, mail and the housing storage and I don’t have any of the items.
Do you have your gamepass and Battle.net linked? That is required for them to talk to each other
I’ll check I did get the horadric cube from purchasing Diablo 2 reign of the warlock dlc so I would think they are but I’ll still double check.
I haven’t gotten my items, either. I’ve looked at the forums and this has been an issue for almost 6 months. Is there an update on when there will be a fix?
The overall issue should have been resolved, a while ago.
I’m not sure why you may not have received the items but you’ll want to submit a ticket under Purchase Failure. We should be able to verify you haven’t received it.
