I pre ordered D4 back in December and havnt received the decor for wow. i have tried putting a ticket in 5 times and keep getting sent to posts to check bags and mail boxes witch i have done 3 times. i even tried installing D4 and logging in nothing has worked. would love some help thanks.

They hotfixed a vendor, not sure where.

Decor wasn’t in the base version.
i have checked the vendor in Stormwind and Silvermoon city nothing.
i got the standard edition the info says the decor comes with it
I pre ordered the ultimate edition of LoH and never got my items either and the npc doesn’t have any of the items also all editions came with the housing decor.
Check your characters again (both mail and bags, carefully). The decor items were hotfixed to be given to the first character that logs in after purchasing the LoH expansion for D4. You may need to log into D4 first to trigger the update on the Battle.net backend though.

Did all of that items are on none of my characters.
From what I can see, Midnightrose, you purchased just the base game of Diablo IV. The housing decor items for World of Warcraft are with the expansion for Diablo IV, Lord of Hatred.
Can you show me where it says that, Pantherlilly? Looking at the page the Decor is not listed under the base edition:

What about people who purchased Lord of Hatred Ultimate edition and still haven’t gotten my items?
On this account, Swella? Because looking through your transaction history I’m not seeing a purchase of Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred or the Age of Hatred Collection.

Yes I purchased it on the Xbox and my Xbox account is linked to my battle.net.

For the base game, there are no decor items. For any version that includes the LoH expansion (be it the expansion itself or the Age of Hatred collection), all versions have the decor.
