D3 is always being updated and yet it has no subscription cost.
15 a month isn't a lot but....
It's still a rip off. Just because I can afford it doesn't mean it's a justified cost. I can afford to pay $10 a gallon for gas, that doesn't mean it's fair.
If gas cost that much I would drive less. If Classic costs this much I'll play different games.

Have you played D3? You should play it for 15 minutes or so, that way you can understand how basic that game is compared to WoW or even D2. How many players simultaneously? 4 max? Comparing apples to oranges dude.
On the topic of fair, life isn't fair. On the analogy of gas prices some people use 91 or 93 gas for their sports car and it costs them a lot more to fill up the tank. But they do it because for them the improved driving experience is worth it.
