It’s going to come down to tuning but I highly doubt kill command is going to be worth pressing for marks. If it is then they need to nerf it and put the damage amps into the spec trees.
Coming into SL arcane shot was worth pressing over cobra shot because it’s damage was too high so they buffed cobra shot. If it’s an issue they will address it like they did for BM and cobra shot.
