Description:
When you have Devouring Plague or Vampiric Touch ticking on an enemy it normally heals you for a percentage of the damage dealt. However, if that enemy has an active absorb shield the healing component will not happen, even though the damage is still ticking. What’s interesting is that Mental Fortitude does still work if you are at 100% health, even though the healing does not.
This also seems to break Leech healing as well, which is also not working during this time.

In the above log you can clearly see that the healing from Devouring Plague and Vampiric Touch is working as expected, but then as soon as Fyrakk gains Corrupt the ticks stop healing the player (you can tell that the damage is Absorbed with the indicated A: X from WCL).

- Fight an enemy with a large absorb shield and put up Vampiric Touch or Devouring Plague
- Notice healing is not happening correctly
Best example of this is the Fyrakk shield during the intermission.
