Can’t seem to trigger the shield slam proc. I’ve tanked 2 dungeons and just now sat in front of a target dummy for 10 consecutive shield slams.
I seem to trigger it a lot. Maybe at low levels it’s bugged?
Check your shield slam ability rank in your spellbook. At lv28, you get rank 2, which gives you the reset chance for other abilities used.

Interesting, so you think the bug has to do with ranks 1 and 2 of shield slam since they don’t have their own innate procs?
It’s not a bug.
You can’t reset ss until r2.

I appreciate the elaboration, still strikes me as a bug if a level 15 talent is ineffective for 13 levels.
Beats the PvP talents that only affect a skill you haven’t gotten yet, but yes, it’s counterintuitive…
