Doing a couple +7s I finally feel a little confident about my damage output. But in this time I crafted a weapon and got the 4 set too so probably played its part.
But it seems impossible to get into +8 keys. I weirdly enough never had to wait more than 5 minutes spend signing up for groups to get an invite. But after half an hour signing for +8s I’ve gotten nowhere.
So it’s still back to Preservation for me after all.
If you’re willing to do it, I just pugged above 2500 with Aug and now I get instantly invited to anything in the 8-10 range even when I’m playing dev.
I pugged Aug to 2500 back when they were released. It was quick and painless but rather dull experience.
Sounds about right, although hero talents have done a lot for the spec.
Yesterday I had 2 failed runs in a NW +7 as Preservation. One was with a BDK with his health going low-full like a stroboscope.
Then I joined a group with a lower geared BDK and a Aug at 595 ilvl. This run was so easy to heal and the BDK health didn’t go crazy either. Should’ve befriended that Aug come to think of it, he knew how to play and it made my life super easy.
Haha, that’ll happen. The quality of bdks can vary wildly too.
