For Demonology specifically, does this talent work? I know it works for Destruction, but it only seem to increase the damage of Hand of Gul’Dan by 25% or so, rather than the 100% the tooltip claims. Does it perhaps not stack with Gloom of Nathreza?
It seems to reduce the casting speed but not by 50% as the tooltip suggests, im only seeing approximatley 24% reduced casting speed.
