Hi guys, new to warlock. Should I be going Destro or Demo for S4? Most of the meta ranks list Destro as still being the top tier spec. for this patch. What are your thoughts? Thanks and appreciate any input on this!
doing fine as demo in raid and dungeons, havent tested the other specs yet

Honestly, just play around with them and see what you like the most. You can just switch around and play all 3 specs, that’s what I do.

They tried to tone down Destro damage, but the effort was super ineffective.
- Destro still dominating both M+ and Raid.
- Demo is more fun, and almost as good.
- Affy is fun, and super easy, but really bad.

Yes. Seems they tried to tone down Destro and ended up BUFFING the damage of Immolate by 20%. And now it got to that awkward spot, where Immolate is dealing almost the same damage as Unstable Affliction, with the huge bonus of not being restricted to one target.
In other words, a basic DoT like Immolate for a direct damage spec (Destro) is actually competing with DoTs from a DoT spec (AFF).

And everyone, thanks for the replies so far. I am trying out destro now! 
Demo is performing well.
And it’s also a spec that historically does not perform great, so I’d recommend logging some Demo play time while you can do so without feeling bad about it.
