You don’t need mythic gear in delves because delves aren’t hard enough, I could clear rank 11 delves the same day I reached lvl 90
By that logic why do M+ exist if you can already do normal and heroic dungeon easily with trash green gear ?

In my opinion they should put delves on the same scale as M+ and keep adding more and more difficulty level until you can reach and need mythic gear and possibly go up endlessly like M+.
It’s like blizzard capping M+ at rank 6 and saying that’s it you don’t need more. Deal with it
They do get loot and very good loot at that but if you want the bestest of the best (Mythic Track) it can’t come from 11’s as they’re currently tuned.
I’d say being able to craft 4/6 Mythic gear in any slot with 4 Piece at the equivalent of 2/6 Mythic gear for just doing Delves solo is very generous.
It’s really three separate questions:
(1) Should current T11 delves drop (through a chest or the great vault) mythic gear?
The answer is no. The content isn’t difficult enough.
(2) If delves were as hard or harder than +10s, should they still only drop hero track gear because they are solo rather than group content?
Again, no. If delves were as difficult as group content that drops mythic gear, they should drop mythic gear too. They shouldn’t drop worse gear simply because they are solo content.
(3) Can, and should, Blizzard develop delves difficult enough to justify dropping mythic gear?
I would argue yes. There is clearly demand for it. And, as previously discussed, I think Nullaeus shows the blueprint of how Blizzard can do this. Specifically by adding spec specific abilities to enemies in conjunction with more difficult tiers.
Sure they can
You know what I agree, a tier 11 feels about the same as a +10 lmao.
“You don’t pay my sub” is perhaps the dumbest argument.
You don’t my sub either.
If you’re bad and someone says something about it “You don’t pay my sub” doesn’t mean you aren’t wasting the time of other people.
If someone suggests if you want a thing, well then go do a thing that gives it, “You don’t pay my sub” doesn’t entitle you to the thing.
Let’s be real with ourselves here.
Read your statement below.
Tell me with a straight face, you weren’t trying to conflate an exclusive, limited time, extremely difficult to obtain, highly sought after item only a handful of players get per season, with that of Mythic Gear which is widely available at all times (except first few weeks of an expansion release) and via multiple sources.
I want the Gladiator mount.
What do you mean I have to PVP? I pay monthly!
It’s all fine to pick a side in this discussion, but don’t pretend like you were making a Fair and Reasonable comparison.
Yes, they should.
By that logic M+ shouldn’t have ever existed since its a path of least resistance compared to original mythic raids.
Completely agree with you there, those who make the claim that M+ would die if another progression pathway was introduced with less resistance, don’t think about the root cause of the issue.
Instead of never implementing more progression systems in fear of M+ dying, they should fix M+ itself.
This sort of mentality is really holding Retail WoW back.

You perfectly summed up my stance on this discussion.
Current T11’s cannot justify Mythic Gear rewards.
Higher and more difficult Delve levels should be added, which would justify Mythic Gear rewards.
I believe Blizzard can do it, secondly 11 is a weird number to end a progression system at, I think higher Delve levels will be implemented down the line, just a personal hunch.
Also Labyrinths is a whole new progression system currently unknown to us, who knows what that may reward.
Solo casual players are eating good these days.
As one myself, I’m loving every bit of it. ![]()
but don’t pretend like you were making a Fair and Reasonable comparison.
It may be an extreme scenario, but it does highlight the entitlement perfectly, does it not?
Bless your heart.
You can dress it up as many different ways as you like, but the ask on this thread is as clear as can be.
“Give me an easier way to get the best gear”.
This has nothing to do with alternatives, accessibility, QOL, or even good game design. It is “I want more for less”. End of discussion.
Bless your heart.

Totally disagree with both your diversion and your summary.
Let me explain.
I want the Gladiator mount.
What do you mean I have to PVP? I pay monthly!
When you made the comment above, there’s nothing being dressed, you made an unfair and unreasonable comparison.
You can keep trying to water down your comparison and lump it all ino “Best Gear - Easier Access”.
Yet your initial response, was trying to conflate a Gladiator Mount, which is an exclusive, limited time, extremely difficult to obtain, highly sought after item only a handful of players get per season, with that of Mythic Gear, which is the topic of this thread, which is widely available at all times (except first few weeks of an expansion release) and via multiple sources.
You speak of blessing one’s heart, yet you don’t have the decency to admit that you have done so.
Secondly you go on to state:
“Give me an easier way to get the best gear”.
If you actually spent time reading through the responses in this thread, all if not most of the people who are pushing for Delves to allow Mythic Gear are stating that it should be from higher tier difficulty than T11.
We want Blizzard to make more difficult Tier Delve levels and they could potentially reward Mythic Gear.
Sure you can always find people who will say “Give me Mythic Gear in the Mail”.
Those aren’t the people in question.
Please spend some time reading the responses in this thread, before coming up with your own conclusions.
Thank you for your time.
ut the ask on this thread is as clear as can be.
“Give me an easier way to get the best gear”.
Some may be saying that. But what I am seeing mostly are people asking for tougher solo content with rewards fitting the difficulty.
Like affixes or more “dangerous” monsters throughout the delve or something? I imagine that also means adding health to monsters and increasing their damage. Yeah, I mean, what’s the reason they haven’t done that?
We can only assume.
Some will claim that it is impossible to do that for content that scales.
Some claim that you cannot make content smaller than 5 mans hard and be tuned well.
My wager is this is coming. Blizzard is already exploring this with Labyrinths. It is looking like how M+ is like challenge modes baby. Either by the final patch, or early patch of the next expansion I foresee Delves resembling M+ with challenge and gear parity.
flex raiding is a joke difficulty wise. m+ is also a joke difficulty wise. Delves will be an even bigger joke if they try. They already tossed a belt into there in 10.2.5 to prop up the numbers.
Bless your heart.

Well bless your heart you sweet summer child because you inferred a lot that is totally wrong.
I never said I want easier, nor was that implied you brought that here all on your own. I simply want another path.
So I can truly say you are wrong, end of discussion, but even typing that out is wrong since I simply want a discussion about this subject.
This could be reasonable if it was 1 kill per week of an end boss tuned to the difficulty of ?? and respected the same life pool for the delve. One mythic item per week for a ?? end boss seems fine.
I was kind of thinking along these lines for Labyrinths.
Have Labyrinths be on a weekly lockout and have the most difficult tier (which is presumably harder than a T11 delve) fill only the first slot in your vault with a mythic quality item. The rest of the slots would remain heroic from T8-11 delves.
That would be one possible way to bring up the world row slot a bit.
It’d be silly and extremely unlikely to happen.
That said, I do want my Hunter to retain his self-proclaimed title of “Best Geared Gathering Alt” in the world.
