I think PvP participation has fallen so low they kinda don’t see a reason to put it on the vault.
Shortly after Dragonflight released, I made several comments about how there was nothing to do as a solo player/multiple alt player to do as far as content goes. Several people would comment about what I wanted and I said challenging instanced content similar to Horrific Visions from BFA that would also reward gear for players.
When I heard about Delves, it personally felt like Blizzard had listened to my request and I have been overjoyed with the outcome of being able to take to my alts through them, I have 8 80s already, and get them geared up while also still raiding on one of my other characters.

Groups is the only way I can do them because I’m bad. Often feels like a slog though as even the random nothing trash mobs have tens of millions of health. But, thats likely just a gear issue and my dots will be hitting for millions soon fingers crossed
