They are definitely the opposite of how they started in the beginning of S1. Personally, I really don’t know how I feel about the new minibosses, the S1 variant had more bite… I do like the football hobgoblins though.

Yeah I’m not really sure how they should be balanced, but being able to do them comfortably on day one seems pretty odd.
The pre-nerf S1 t11s were harder than the current s2 t11s.

Yeah, but we’ve all got tier and 630ish gear, so they are definitely going to be easier than s1, but they could probably be a bit tougher. On the other hand, crests are capped so who really cares how easy acquisition is, you can’t spam indefinitely

Yeah… I remember doing Waxface for the first time… healing through his Burn Away was rough. They probably should lean a bit back into that imo, minus the part where it was trivialized in groups.
Makes me wonder how S3 will play out now.

They feel right for their target audience, if you are above 626 item level then you outgear the last season by a lot, this season no longer have difficulty aimed at mythic geared players on the highest difficulty.

Lol, there is a curio that lets you kick a football bomb at enemies… I really love that one.

Probably working as intended. Blizzard likely saw a very sharp drop off in participation rate pass Tier 7 and is now trying to remedy it.
