Still experiencing the same issue. I hit the 4th reward some time ago, and despite running over a dozen T11 bountifuls this week, my progress bar has not moved.

You can only get Delver’s Journey from 28 bountiful Delves that are Tier 4 and above per week.
This macro here will tell you how many more bountifuls you can do per week that will give you Delver’s Journey progress and XP for Brann:

Edit: Perhaps I should have mentioned that the cap itself is warband wide.

Yeah, it does sound like its time-gated, especially if something like this happened during SE 1. Was confused when I looked at my book and saw that it was at 16K since with the amount I’ve done I was certain I would have at least been halfway to the 5th pip mark. Good to know for reset tomorrow (or Wednesday for some folk.)
Personally, I don’t mind the existences of the time-gating, my problem is not knowing if this is on purpose by Blizzard so people don’t just rush through the ten levels with an army of alts yet, or if its a bug preventing progress. My hope its the former so some clarafication would be nice on Blizzard’s part.

This assertion is backwards. There are only 28 bountiful delves per week. You can’t say whether or not you could earn Delver’s Journey XP from a 29th bountiful delve because we can’t do 29 bountiful delves, there’s no way to test it.
That being said, that’s not the issue being discussed here anyway. The issue is it’s possible to hit a cap in Delver’s Journey and yet still have bountiful delves remaining to do. I stopped gaining XP before the week was over last week (around Sunday was when I noticed but I’d run at least 3 bountiful delves before I noticed). So I had at least 5 more bountiful delves left to do for the week, but I got no XP from them.
The macro syntax is wrong, might be the forum munched it. Replace the ellipsis with a comma.

Ah true, that’s fair. Nonetheless that’s not the issue. I hit the limit with only 1 character.
I get what you are trying to say, but the fact delver’s journey is across a warband makes your statement about a maximum of 28 bountiful delves a week objectively incorrect.
Across a warband you are however capped at 28 bountiful weekly for Brann leveling

I don’t think it’s true for Brann leveling either. I’m pretty sure I stopped getting Brann XP as well, using only 1 character, with ~5 bountiful delves left to do. It appears to be an XP cap, not a “quantity of bountiful delves” cap, which makes sense because you can get a variable amount of XP from delves (admittedly it’s probably both).

I wish that The Delver Maps could be purchased. I got mine for the week and got a ring. The week before that? A necklace. Lol.

Would anyone really be opposed to making them cost like 10 to 20 thousand delver coins?
Now, I must twiddle my thumbs and wait for Tuesday to see if I got a shoulder or hand tier piece.
I just unlocked the ability to buy warbound equipment sets. Next is the half priced keys then nightfall sanctum warband screen and I’ll be done.
In my experience during season 1 and this season, it is a hard limit of 28 bountiful delves per week that Brann gets xp
I just got the achievement for getting Brann to level 25 yesterday lol.
Never going to max him out I don’t think.

I am at about 5 1/2 delver’s progress. I think doing lower un-bountiful delves helps move the bar, but it should all be the same no what what delve you do.

Eta i see this post from last week the soft cap probably reset for delver’s progress.
Correct only Bountiful Delves contribute to Delver’s Journey progress. Here’s the point breakdown for tier 11:
- 312 XP for delve completion/boss kill (250 base + 72 if you kill all the nems)
- 156 XP for Nemesis chest
- 375 XP for Bountiful chest
So a single tier 11 delve can reward up to 843 XP. I didn’t try summoning Underpin to see if it affects it tho…
My guess is the total XP you can get is some factor of tier 8 bountiful delves. Like, maybe if you only run tier 8 delves, you will hit the cap running 28 per week using no extra keys. But if you run tier 11 delves or use extra keys you will hit it faster.
EDIT: I corrected my numbers to account for the nemesis chest.
EDIT2: no XP from Underpin fight completion nor looting his gold pile.
EDIT3: just realized all these numbers are with the weekly Delver’s Journey 25% bonus too, duh…

I’m guessing a ‘nothing’ return from the macro means zero. I just completed my 12th delve of the week, and that’s it. No more xp.
Did 24 last week before it capped, so that must of included 12 from the previous week when I didn’t run any delves.
So the lesson here is run your high level delves first to max xp, then when xp is gone run low levels on your alts.
