Yes and no yes if its in delves which were made for solo players no in EVERYTHING else.
summon her in a level 1 delve, then use the resulting map that drops in an 11.
So you might as well ask that Delves lock out and only allow 1 player in at any time then.

Or, just goto any delve with a spawn close to entrance, summon, die, leave and use Map on an 11.
If they do that then, I’ll concede the whole arguement. But while it’s open to groups, I’ll maintain that PUNISHING people for playing in a group is a bad thing for an MMO.
Again you group players try to make sure solo players are put in there place and have no content for them /sigh
Nobody is punishing you. NOBODY should be punished.
Then stop trying to force group content where it is not needed nor wanted.
NOBODY is forcing group content. I’jm just pointing out the stupidity of PUNISHING grouping up with friends. In an MMO.
Scaling already exists. Everywhere. But scaling in delves is unbalanced and PUNISHES grouping up.
Go play dungeons raids world quest Idc anything else blizz made delves for solo players hence groups are punished as they should be when trying to do it.
Someone didn’t pay attention to the creation of delves, they are both.
Obvious not if blizz is punishing group players in them.
Except they’re not, as long as DPS isn’t doing trash tier damage you’ll be in there less than 15 minutes… depending on the story obviously.
It has changed from last season. I now have to do up to 8 delves to get a map. I never had to do 8 to get one in prior seasons. Nemesis boss also rarely shows up as well. I’m lucky to see her once per week total on my 6 characters. Last 2 seasons most characters got to see him each week. At least the summoning “crystal” drops seem to have been increased. I get 2-4 per week and use them for any character that hasn’t gotten a map by end of 3rd delve.
Functionally the shrieking quartz thing dropping and then using it when you want to achieves the same effect but I think it’s blah. I liked the old way better. Season 1 Bounty Maps were the best but fun was detected.
I also think it’s lame how the ?? boss won’t jump me in the delves any more. At least I never seem to get her to do this any more. Why isn’t she attacking me more on her own? Zekvir and Underpin both randomly jumped me a lot more. Isn’t she supposed to be an assassin that wants us dead? Yet only comes if we summon her with some Crystal of Contrivance thing? Also clicking on those portals… its supposed to be a surprise if you get the clone minion thing but intuitively I seem always to know when its going to be a clone and when it’s not. The entire experience is just more predictable and formulaic and boring. Don’t get me wrong, I still like Delves a lot but I wish the game wouldn’t always force you to play a certain way.
Well, you think Blizz is punishing people. I initially thought Blizz was just being incompetent. Once you brought it up, I started thinking you have a point.
But now I’m thinking - Don’t blame malice when it can be explained by simple stupidity.
Some weeks I get mostly drops. Some weeks I need to use more quartz. I get quartz faster than I can use them so I’m fine either way.
I think there’s some validity to this argument. Even though I only run delves solo, I have wondered how they scale for groups. A few players here and there have said they are harder.
That’s all I do, honestly, since I often have trouble seeing the dagger lines. I’m just like heck with it go ahead and kill me, a death for me is a whopping 108g. The bounty more than makes up for it.
