Deliberately disadvantaged?

So much this!
The best is when people post about lag. With no details at all. It’s blizz fault!
Then when asking about specifics on their end.
Brings out a rant about how their machine is in top notch shape.
Their internet is the best in the world.
Oh and they are they are now insulted because they have a degree in computer engineering/networking/programming and server infrastructure.
Which proves it’s blizz fault.

This is my new response when asked for help after my last attempt at helping an enraged computer engineer with lag:

@OP. You may find a solution in the tech forums or at least have the issue brought to the techies attention.
GD most likely won’t get a solution to your issue as quickly as the tech/support forums.
